| I think its about a relationship and how he tried to make it work, but how its all fallen apart. At the first he doesn't know or see it falling apart and wants to stay in it: "Coudln't see that I had guessed, Couldn't see, couldn't stay away" Then he talks about how his relationship was empty, but he stayed in it thinking it would improve, even though he doesn't realise it. Because of this, he's stuck in the relationship. "Nothing here but nothing less Cold heart stuck in this Couldn't say the kindest words we knew" Then it goes on to say how he had to give it up as it wasn't working for him: "Didn't even stopped to see that That it was breaking me and the world is coming out so cold" The ending line is talking about how he feels now that its all stripped away. Now the relationship has ended, its like its started raining again. | |
