Transcription comments:

1. In bar 20 (and again in bars 26, 48 and 67), the C played on the A string
   (fret 3) might actually be a C# (fret 4).  On some days it sounds to me
   like one, on some days the other... take your pick.

2. In bar 21 (and again in bars 27 and 49), the first 8 sixteenth notes are
   straight, the next 2 sixteenth rests and 10 sixteenth notes are sixteenth
   triplets (the notation is a little obscure).

3. In bar 44, the muted sixteenth triplet on the A string should be played
   using your favorite "fast-slap-triplet" technique.  If you can make them
   faster than a sixteenth triplet, even better!

4. To get the RH tap pull-off in bar 53 (and again in bars 57-61), tap both
   the RH tap note and the pull-off note together with two fingers on the
   right hand (I use 'a' for the tap note and 'i' for the pull-off note).
   Then just pull off with the upper right hand finger (e.g. 'a').  It helps
   to anchor your RH thumb on the top of the neck.
