| I love this song. It is one of my favs on the new cd. This song is about trying to move on after a horrible relationship. The memories are ruining his life even though the problem is already solved. I almost feel like he is trying to move on with someone else and cannot because of the memories of this previous relationship. He even goes as far as to ask the new person in his life for help, in the end succeding in forgetting and moving on with life. (Although the ending of the song seems like he is still just hiding the fact that the problem remains.) Surrender to the shadows, haunting, inside, bleed through you. | |

An experience that somehow controls me, it won't leave me and changed a lot of things in my life actually, of course not on the surface but on the inside. It often drags one down and you kinda wonder if or when you will just 'forget to remember' | |
