I also agree that is about death or spoken from a spirits perspective, since death blooms was about Chads grandmother..This song maybe too.

i have to agree that this is from the perspective of some one who was taken away from life maybe prematurly and no matter how great the place there are after life they would give anything to go back and be with the people they love but they can't so they say i will be watching over you and waiting for you when they other person dies and they will see them again i have to say this is an absolutly incredible song very emotionally driven one of my favorites from mudvayne

Death, Fear, Protection from beyond the grave, Unconditional love, Talking to loved ones who have died (and vice versa) Although this is just my opinion

i think this song is about wanting to masturbate a member of ones family, yet not having the balls to make the first move. in fact, i know thats the meaning, i am certain.
