| Fillip is something that makes someone work - and the name is spelt Phillip. I think it's about moving on from someone who he was really close to (i think an old friend) but the split was less than happy and the pain of the memories is making him try harder to move away: "To me it is strange, this feeling is strange But it's not gonna change for anybody " | |

| I am a MASSIVE muse fan, but i have to say that i think this is their worst track Ever. The beginning sounds like a DFS sale advert- "its happening soon, its happening soon". Despite the riff-alicious chorus, the song in general just saddens me. | |
