	what I gather to be the meaning of this song most people already know but im guna post it because no one has addressed it directly "declare this an emergency come on and spread a sense of urgency" people just dont realise just how utterly screwed we are! and the government of our god forsaken nations dont want us to shit our selves because of it, they dont think we can cope knowing were all sat pissing around on death row. "come on and change the course of history" which along with the rest of the song is telling people: 'we are screwed, so stop working toward buying yourself some gucci sunglasses. get off your fat american ass and help fix the peoblem we've all had a hand in creating. otherwise WE WILL ALL DIE. ...but just not so forward

	erm. how about the line "this is the end of the world"?? i'm really surprised no-one brought that up, because i think that's the most straight-out thing muse has ever said to us (apart from maybe "give me all the peace and joy in your mind", that's pretty straight-out aswell). but honestly, why do you all try to find weird things to this, muse has been getting less and less secretive about their lyrics. all the new songs are weirdly striaght-out too, i think muse is getting tired of being all cryptic with their messages, which is funny because last i checked they were thinking of naming their next album Cryptography. hah, a bit ironic the whole thing is. anyway, the whole album is a story. it's like, starts out with "oi, the world is ending" and then towards the middle it's like "wow, i'm really gonna miss some of you worthy people, the rest of you can fuck off.." and at the end it's like "oh damn, no more Earth..." think about it. xx

	The music is genius on this track .. i've never heard anything like it. Probably my favorite Muse song, i'd have to agree with dragonchaser on this song.

	Ahhhh! I Love this song! Its too bad only 2 people have posted on it. Muse are so sexy. BEst band in the world in my opinions. I also love Matt Bellamy. Theyre so awesome!
