| Definitily tyhe intro reminds me of Knight Rider, Thats the first thing i thoguht when i listened but its certainly seems this song is very different to the other songs on the album, in the sense that this is the most pure hard rocking guitar track on it! But lyrically it is some of muses strongest ever lyrics i like it a lot!!!:) | |

| Okay that is pretty perfect i cant think of any improvements to put on it although you can play the A sharp in the main riff instead of the ghost note. | |

| I was just about to post on this song, and it came up on my iPod, in shuffle mode! Creepy... This song states that the world is in need of a revolution, and that we need to start it soon, since the world is in bad condition. Our leaders are acting like demons ("destroy demonocracy") and they need to be destroyed. | |

| It's spelt "assassin". This song is definitely outstanding - hits you like a sledgehammer, right between the eyes. The drumming and guitar is totally searing and precise; it rivals any of the hardest-rocking parts of previous albums for intensity. The lyrics are very aggressive - you could definitely interpret them as advocating violent revolution to replace the broken facade of democracy with something new. | |

| Hm... I always thought that it was about the rising of the everyday citizen into the roleship of assassin. The start of a revolution perhaps. | |

| Yeah, okay I totally misspelled a few things. I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm aware of that. I suck at spelling. I just thought it would be kind of rude to correct one person when I need correcting myself. So yeah... I know music, not spelling;) | |

| Um... Great song, but you have the lyrics wrong. Lose control Increasing pace Warped and bewitched Time to erase Whatever they say These people are torn Wild and bereft Assassin is born Aim, shoot, kill your leaders ~ That was taken straight from the CD booklet. | |

| What's so great about this? Fuck off is this song, or this album their best by a long shot. Origin of Symmetry wipes the floor with this. Still a decent album, but it leaves a lot to be desired. | |

| Okay, I don't hear Matt singing two notes at once. In fact, I'm pretty sure that's impossible. If he is, it's just him harmonizing with a recording of himself. But anyway.... I totally love this song! I especially love the part that says *Destroy Demonocracy* Freaking genius. It's like they jump into the mind of an assasin. Everything they say is what the assasin is programmed to think. --Awesome! | |

| It is quite possible, especially with vocal talent like Matt's, to be able to sing two notes at once. I don't have my MUSEic handy right now, but I know it is possible. | |

| This past two days I listened to this frequently, I love it since the first notes, and specially since the elections for my country happened, I was in the -mood- for destroying demonocracy. I almost can swear the first word -war- is sung at two levels at the same time, the one you clearly hear, and one incredibly higher, but AT THE SAME TIME, how could that be? I'm not talking layers of voice but actually Mat giving two notes at the same time! Anyway I strongly recommend this song | |
