| i'm thinkin mike is writing about dealing with the past but not with vengence or violence but with wit and reason (hence "not with a fist, with tact). also, he talks about how really none of this buisness matters much when you hold it up to eternity so we should just let go of the past. i like it for what it means to me and because MxPx is great ..funny side story. when i saw MxPx with NFG and GC (hm, yeah i went for MxPx mainly and a lil NFG, but not GC) anyway, there were 2 girls behind me that were trying to figure out what the "x"'s in MxPx meant...and they were serious! i was thinking...weird kids...MAGNIFIED PLAID! | |

| Sounds to me like mike has had something in the past that he's had a hard time dealing with, and he has decided to leave them in the past and move on. It also asks you to think about the "big picture" and what life is really about. Just what i think | |
