| this song is fucking incredible, its very true that a lot of the lines were inspired from dawn of the dead but it also is from having that girl that you always pine over and jsut worship because she is perfection in form, and you just question if she even knows you exist if she'd even care if she found yuo as a corpse in her bed, if a gun to her head would even make her acknowledge you...weve all had it and its soo hard..amazing fucking song | |

| ok the song is about dawn of the dead, by far. blobert shows this perfectly and picked up on every detail in the whole song. I got the hint with the description of the mall when i watched to movie, but i didn't know about the song 'Romance' and how its played during the poker scene, and it is basically note for note. thats great you picked up on that man. | |

| ironic fact: this cd has been on display for about forever at the hot topic at monroeville mall. the employees must know and are being funny. either way, i didnt like this song much UNTIL i made the connection to dawn of the dead and then the song got freaking awesome. If you like this song and haven;t seen the movie, do yourself a favor. It adds a whole new dimension to the movie. It's too bad the mall doesn't look much like it did in the movie anymore. but you can still definately tell it's the same mall. Unfortunately, the parts that look the same are all being remodeled right now. Anyway... really cool song. | |

| The song is about Dawn of the Dead. Pitchfork Red... you're not smart. The 2004 version of Dawn of the Dead is a REMAKE. 1978- that's when it was made, directed by George Romero. Other than the fact that the TAGLINE for the Dawn of the Dead movie is in the actual song: "And there's no room in this hell." And the tagline is: 'When there's no room in hell the dead shall walk the earth. The fact it talks about escalators and fountains, which is a scene in the movie where the zombies mindlessly ride up and down the escalator and then a zombie falls in the fountain. Of course there's no actual love interest that occurs like this in Dawn of the Dead, so it's just MCR assuming that if this did happen (perhaps between Francine and Stephen- the ones in love in the movie) this would be what is running through the man's mind. Also, since there's no discussion for the opening song of the CD, 'Romance' you'll notice that it's almost a note for note replication of what plays in Dawn of the Dead when Roger and Peter are playing Poker and Francine is setting the table. This is kind of a pivotal moment as it establishes the movie's theme: consumerism. Plus it's a pretty tune. | |

| This song is about the movie Dawn Of The Dead, which took place in the Monroeville Mall. Watch it and the song will make a lot more sense to you. | |

| I haven't watched the movie yet (still looking for it), but what I make of this song is: First, the literal sense: "not knowing you changed from just one bite" She's bitten by a vampire (zombie?), so now he has to kill her before she becomes un-dead, but it's very hard for him to do because he loves her and she tells him she loves him... The obvious one. Second interpretation: They have a relation, but he notices the love in her heart died, that their relationship is going downhill, that her eyes are vacant and their love is dying, but she still tells him she loves him, so he has to "kill" the relation, he has to let her go without really wanting to, but it's for their own good (just like killing a vampire). One of my absolute fav songs, I adore it. | |

| This song is probably my favorite on the album. The Monroeville in the title, are they talking about Monroeville, Pennsylvania? | |
