| There's been quite a few songs about being haunted as of late. And I think that's what this is about. People always like to think to be haunted means there is an actual physical manifestation of a ghost around to do so. But in reality, there is so many other subtle ways. To lose a lover is to lose that connection you have with them. Or is it? Where does all that energy go? To have someone in your head, or always the emotion in your heart of someone, is just so painful. And the ghost exists within you. "at the end of the world or the last thing i see" I have been seeing a lot of artists writing the "end of the world" in their lyrics as of late. Perhaps this has to do with the "end of the world" feeling? That feeling where someone dramatic happens in your life and you just float around feeling like everything is just going to fall a part. Very good and sad song. | |

| Well if you do own the cd, at the bottom of the booklet with all the lyrics, it says RIP to i think his mother and sister, I dont remember at the moment, so I believe the song is about either of them. But I do love the hell out of that song | |
