| this music in the chorus is so powerful. especially "so long and good night" that part just really gets me. elsewise I'm kind of disappointed with the lyrics for the musical selection of the song, but ah well. | |

| i think artists write lyrics that mean something to them and can also be interpreted in different ways from different people..otherwise wouldnt they just say specificaly what its about?...just my opinion... p.s. m.c.r MAKES ME HAPPY | |

| it is about his grandmother dying. It's hard to understand with part of the lyrics, but when you really think about it, it makes perfect sense. He knows he can't be with her because shes passed away so theres nothing more he can do then say 'so long and goodnight'.. | |
