This song is about seeing how many more times Oasis can use the phrase "There are many things That I would like to" in a song.

TUNE!!!!!! from the Gallagher brothers. Taken from "Some Might Say" Single (which iz also a TUNE!) & b-side album "The Masterplan", this is the 1st tune that Noel & Liam both sing on (instead on Noel just doing backing vocals on Liam sung songs). Wicked b-side, mayb should of been an a-side but it aint, dont matter 2 much becuz it's become a classic for being a great b-side. Song sounds like its about brothely love with both brothers singing on it but Noel denys that & says it about hiz favourite football club; Manchester City. Either way the tune ROCKS!!!!!!!!!

If anyone has ever loved a person, be it a partner or a sibling, and that person questioned the foundation of your love towards them, or just never understood where you are coming from, point them to this song as it provides all the answers. One of the most beautiful love songs never heard. Classic Oasis.

Today this song just makes me wonder.........At the moment i heard this song all i could wait for was more songs like it............and i have been very disappointed. Sober up , get high, fall in love, fall out of love. Do whatever you have to do, but for Christ sake Noel write some strong tunes once again. by the by. I love Ride, so i assumed A Bell would aid the band...surprised he hasn't.......any thoughts?

Many b-sides can be good enough to be a-sides but if they just through an album of good songs together it would surely have something missing, that perfect flow in an album which is essential in many cases. E.g. If "Rock 'n' roll star" was put on the second track on "Definetley Maybe" the album may not flow through as well as it does. Its all about syncronisation on some albums, otherwise i'm sure this song would have definetley made a great, brilliant, sensational a-side! (maybe). Noel wanted Oasis to be a good b-side band, his idea was to lead up to a b-side collection like many of his favourite bands before e.g. The Smiths.

I agree. I think Noel's voice compliments Liam's brilliantly. And it easily could have got to number 1 as an A-Side! But hey, I hope they keep writing B-Sides as good as this.
