I see it as being a song about spoilt lil rich kids who grow up with everything they want and expect that to be the same when theyre an adult - "raised by the queens your mother paid, so how does that make you a human god" Thats where the 'and all the ladies want you, and sometimes gentlemen too' - this is his own view on how the world sees him, that everyone should think hes great. The 'hide from your own reflection' is about that little part deep inside him that knows he isnt what he believes he is so he refuses to acknowlege it.
