	It's not about the police or Phils dick, really. It's about being perhaps getting revenge, or at least venting anger at a person of authority who abused you in the past, most probably sexually. It has the same lyrical theme as "25 years", and is also about being deprived of your masculinity, hence all the mention of dicks and piss poor little ham etc. I even saw an alternative poster for the album, and the screw was going up a guys ass. It proved what far beyond driven ment. Driving anger at those who abused you, or "equalling their displeasure". This is why Far beyond driven is called Pantera's most difficult album, the lyrics are very confrontational, with lyrics challenging religion, reflecting on nasty issues, like this one and such. My favourite song off the album, along with Slaughtered, which is funny, as they dont have a solo, but they have awesome atmosphere, and clearly could have influenced hardcore music today, which i don't listen to much. This songs also got a cool ending it makes me want to smash my guitar...
