| i think this song is about a person hiden in some trajic existance that no one else knows about,about how he i being told everythings fine while he's suffering in silence and no one seems to understand as they continue to dismiss his pain and tell him everything is fine.he's using self-mutilation as a release for his problems as he sees it as a last resort in his attempts to free himself ofhis pain. | |
