A---4--2--4-------2---| (There may be a different rythym in this,
E---------------------| you may need to listen to the song for this part)
-Repeat this again, except for the calming notes. I'm not sure if there are
different variations of the second part, the song pretty much says it all.
I got this whole tab from listening to the song as I played it so the rythym
may be a bit off but you can get it straightened.
This is a great song. Truely what makes Pink Floyd one of the Bands of all Time.

| Gospel singer, yes. She was basically just told to let loose and go for it. But after the recording, she walked out the room to the guys and said "I'm so sorry I fucked that up"! | |

| This is a beautiful song. The whispered words around 3:33 in the song are often mistakenly thought to be 'I never said I was frightened of Dorothy', 'If you hear this, you are dying', but are actually 'I never said I was frightened of dying'. | |

| I always thought that the whispered words were "If you can hear the sound of Whispering, you're dieing." | |

| One of my all time favorite songs. It's just amazing, it captures so much emotion and really shows that bands don't need lyrics as much as most people think they do... this song captures just as much emotion and despair in it with just its music as it would with lyrics. | |

| I find it sad that someone as immature and childish got to post the lyrics, incorrectly, to a song as beautiful as this. Without a doubt one of the better songs recorded on the Dark Side of the Moon album, and ever, about Life and Death. | |

| In my opinion this song is one of the greatest songs ever made. By the way, Clare says "I never said I was afraid of dying" at 3:35. | |

| I heard the lyrics came from interviewing the door man at abby road and then just sampling it on the song | |
