	this is a great song by pink floyd. i believe whoever calls this song racist is rong because he is not picking out one race and piking on them he singles out everyone so if your against all races you are infact not racist because everyone is being treated the same.

	whaI think it means that pink is disguised by his dark side and is tring to take people with him in the first in the flesh it has a question mark on it and if you listen to he says If you wanna find out whats behind these cold eyes you just have to claw yourway thourhg this disguise sayin as a warnin in a way that later pink will return but wont be himself

	I saw this and all of disc 1 at a pink floyd 'the wall' laser show in seattle. it made it 100x better than it already is, and that's hard to imagine! i have a feeling this song is about war.

	This song makes much more sense after seeing the film The Wall. It is about propaganda, and how people only look at the surface of people to generate impressions, and do not "claw [their] way through this disguise." In the film, the main character Pink has become a facist and has deceived all thoes attending his concert.
