Well, heres another half-tab. I'll have the rest done soon.
The only bit missing really is the line in the last part
of the song. Anyway, heres wot I've got. As I always say,
correct me if wrong, improvise, and let me know how it
goes..

I think this part is a bass line. If not, it sounds good
anyway so everyone's a winner.

I see the "sea" as the core of nature, Perhaps the song means to ask yourself and your own intution/heart what to do next, instead of looking elsewhere. That your own heart will be most accurate. He stresses "these bonds are shackle free", I feel it means that nature will always win you over in the end. Just a thought, what do others think?

Hi folks. Personally, to me, this song is about press. About papparazzis hunting you and trying to take the most juicy photo of you. Maybe Brian found a partner, who he really liked, he spent some time with her and now some journalist took a photo of them two. Now he waits for the partner's reaction "Time to pass you to the test" Maybe the journalists wrote something bad about them because as Brian once said, they think he's perv, mad and evil and they dont wanna change their opinion : "Give up this fight, there are no second chances" it hurts to read it and u feel u cant do anything about it, so he resignes :"Dog boy, media whore, thats who the hell you take me for" And those lines about shackels free bond may mean that on the other hand, it was him who chose being popular and now he has to withstand it. Well, maybe he never meant that, it's just how I understand it

shit, this song blew me away. i can see where ur coming from jimmy. I read it a little differently but maybe its just cause im relating it to my life. the references to a lover make me think that this song is about a person falling for someone they cant have. Now the persona is feeling the strain..."time to pass you to the test." can they continue on like this?? the person they love is the only thing allowing then to "hang on." but the object of their affection finds love in other places. Now as the persona contemplates finding answers in death, they hope they can just get through this night and overcome the lonliness. Because after all, once you take your life, "there are no second chances." When he says "these bonds are shackle free" it could be that loving this person is painful but its something he willingly chooses for himself. The lust, lunacy, jealousy... all things that come with loving someone you cant have. F i love this song!! whatever it means its unbelievable. But I think there is some truth to what i have to say. The rest is just what i want the song to mean.

so this one to me is about a relationship gone bad, fading as silver turns to blue, if you will. he's sort of desperate about this lover of his, and so he hangs into every tiny detail, even his breath. it's probably a male too, since he says 'chest' and not 'breast'. but it seems he's the only one who actually cares about the relationship, he's not being taken seriously by his lover, and coming second best. so he's desperate, and a night without his lover is something to het through with, like, he can't stand the wait and the loneliness anymore. and he asks the sea for answers because he's so desperate he thinks no-one else would understand. but you know, there's a beachy sound to it, so he's probably thinking things over slowly and continuously, like the moves of a wave. he's always falling to the floor because he depends deeply on this relationship, and is deperate thinking it's gonna end. and floor feels softer now, since he's fallen so many times. the dog boy, media whore thing.. well, we all now what brian looked like at the time, and wasn't being taken seriouly, not by his lover, neither by the press. he wants to give up on their fights, because he feels his chances are over, as the relationship's soon gonna be. their bonds are shackle-free, and that's sort of like a hope to him, and so he keeps telling himself that. and their bonds are wrapped in lust and lunacy because the person only wants.. well, sex.
