| it's about a man who was killed by the person who stole his lover, and now he's a disembodied soul watching over her. | |

| This song rocks. I think its about Family Divorce. Mom leaves dad for another guy, dad has to move out of the family home. Kids still stay in the family home with mom. Few months she then brings her 'lover' over, and the kids can hear the having sex in the bedroom [When you cum you never make a single sound*sarcasm*]and [Lay him down, lie on Lay him... down] Then the 'lover' then beats the shit out of the kids. [Now your lover went and put me in the ground,] then the kids are standing out the front of their family home saying [Meet the Brick Shithouse] cause it has become one. They hate their mom for doing this shit to them [Don't you wish you'd never met her] Thats just my interpretation. Thats what great about placebo there lyrics are obscure that so many people can relate to their songs in their own special way. And their music, the music.... It can haunt dreams..... | |
