| when i watched the music video of this song, i got the impression that the girl they're brian's singing about is an addict of some sort [Control your intake], and then she goes to a rehabilitation centre, when he sings of [Goodbye to open sores] and [Hang on] [Though we try]. at the start of the song i also got the impression that these two people are sadistic and masochistic people, and they pain each other for pleasure. (when one watches the music video you see pictures of her feet being tide up with something that looks like rubberband, and on these bands there are words written on. or else, if they aren't sadistic/masochistic people, one abuses the other, and then misses this when she's gone. there's a picture also in the music video where she sits in a corner, her face shaded black, whit her legs spread open and her hands protecting herself, presumably from having sex. this song can mean a lot of things.. the [forbidden snowflake] part can also mean that this girl is fragile, she gets hurt easily. the singer warns her that the world is a dangerous place.. well, that's what i think.. | |
