| That makes sense. I think the message in this one is more obvious though. In Damaged, it sounds like she's mixing it with a message about a harmful relationship - but not an incestuous one. Maybe. That's my take. | |

| This song is again about a girl being abused by her father. It's about her coming to terms with her father, knowing its not totally his fault that he did the things that he did to her. Tiffany actually wrote this song after recieving a letter from a young girl, similar to damaged. | |

| I first saw this song on Z-TV about five years ago, never heard form it again, and then made my sister find it on WinMX. ^_^ I love this song. (Though the lyrics seem to be a bit off... maybe my ears need tuning.) It's about a girl/woman/female who is just beginning to come to terms with her past. It really breaks at the bridge: "No matter what I've done/Or is done to me/Nothing is unforgivable/Or unable to be set free..." And... yeah. Linc | |
