	I think that the .3 represents a very high Blood Alcohol Level. The song could be about the war inside your head caused by alcoholism. Just an idea.

	They fit together quite well actually, there is some time after Strip the Soul where the structure evolves to .3. Just get a torrent of Out Absentia to hear it.
