Song: Coddingtown
Artist: Primus
Album: Brown Album

Tabbed by Oscar

Its played on a 4-string with standard tunning. I donīt know wether fretless or fretted.
Some fuzz Would be cool.

Verse:

G I---------------I
D I---------------I Repeat...
A I---------------I
E I--0--3--5-6-7--I
Coddingtown, Coddingtown,....

In this part sounds as if Les used a bow:

D I----9-----9---9-----9--- I
A I--7---------7----------- I
E I------------------------ I

Chorus:

GI-------------------------I
DI-------------------------I

D I---------------I
A I---------------I X 2
E I--0--3--5-6-7--I

GI--------------------------I
DI--------------------------I
AI--------------3-3-3-2-1-0-I
EI--5---------3-------------I

This is my first tab, sorry if misstakes. Send corrections.

Coddingtown, is a shopping mall is Santa Rosa, California. Subaros is the the pizza place in the song, and the 'ol smoke shop is actually called The Squire. Sono-co is short for Sonoma County, where I understand Les lives and where Coddingtown and the Del Davis tree farm is.

This song makes me want to go places, indeed it's a great song to walk or run to. Anyway it makes me think of how we're all rushing to go somewhere, do something, that's what he's rushing to do. I think Les seems to like having a metaphor and a personal meaning too in all (?) of his songs (see Groundhogs Day, think he said something live or in an interview) but anyway that's what I think they are for this song.
