	That's not the only song that's been half speed; Too Many Puppies was written a LONG time ago and it was half the speed of the version on Frizzle Fry.

	It's very vague and can be interpreted in different ways as with most if not all Primus songs, and may have a hidden metaphorical meaning as many do. Having said that, I agree it sounds like it's about the band and how their music may be 'love it or hate it', but it can never be called mediocre like most music can be and they are just trying to satisfy their fans in their own way, how they choose to.

	this song is the only song by Primus on the album "suck on this" that was never reproduced onto another Primus album. ever wonder why? because it was much better as a live song.

	I actually like both versions much the same. Puppies was written in 1984, first primus song, and one of the best.

	But what is it about? It could be about men that want sex but then why whould it be called jellikit, maybe jell-y meaning like a rubber dildo or somthing.
