This US thrash-hardcore rock trio was formed in the mid-80s. Hailing from New York's lower east side, the band originally comprised Tommy Victor (vocals/guitar), Mike Kirkland (vocals/bass) and Ted Parsons (drums), and caused an immediate stir with their first release on the independent Spigot label. Emotionally angry, lyrically brutal, Prong partnered a relentless assault with some fierce guitar-riffing.
