I noticed that a lot of people mentioned the lines at the end of the song "For its the end of history Its caged and frozen still There is no other pill to take So swallow the one That made you ill" and said that RATM is basically conceding that corporate domination of the world is inevitible. But remember that this song is a parody of capitalists, imperialists, and the like. Those lines mock what corporate America wants to public to think - that the battle has already been lost, that trying to resist it is worthless. The fact that the capitalists would have to say this proves that the battle has yet to be one. RATM is saying to keep fighting for democracy: politically and economically.

I think it talks about America because of the lyrics " I am the Nina, the Pinta, the Santa Maria" the next line may talk about the horrors within, the next two about the things America unleashes on the world. and the final two about America doing a lot of things it wants to because it can. GO AMERICA

First of all song kicks major league ass.Secondly I fell that this song is about how in America people are arrested for rape and murder, but during war you can decimate whole cities and walk the streets the next day. For example: Hiroshima during WW2 was completly destroyed by American bombs. That is all.
