"And if the vibe was suicide Then you would push da button But if ya bowin' down Then let me do the cuttin'" I think that what he is saying here is that if everyone else was committing suicide, then you (the general public) would follow them and "push da button". I feel that in the last two lines Zach is saying how he is not going to follow the crowd just for the sake of following the crowd, "then let me do the cuttin'" - he's saying that he'll do it whether or not other people are doing it or approve of it.

"And if the vibe was suicide Then you would push da button But if ya bowin' down Then let me do the cuttin'" maybe tha phrase "fistfull of steel" could refer to a gun? if we are still on the theme. But if ya bowin' down Then let me do the cuttin could pefer to the ritual suicide of that japanses samurai, who commited suicide when the had dishonred themselves. but everybody knows that.

And if the vibe was suicide Then you would push da button But if ya bowin' down Then let me do the cuttin' whats hes saying is: when everybodys committing suicide and therefore, you would do it too and thus bow down => dont commit suicide cause i would love to slaughter (let me do the cuttin) all those "sheeps"

Sevenfeetdeep is completely correct. The intro to this is Morello's BEST apart from Wake Up. Rock on! Raise your fist and resist! Etc...
