'Mir ist kalt' in this context actually means 'I am frigid' I would say this is a lot about the way that we percieve ourselves - although obesity affects sex drive, it doesn't get ridof it all together. You could have the perfect body but if you lack self esteem and are depressed you would feel the same. It isn't as superficial as it may first appear.
then why is Flake the only one w/o a suit? i think it is abt laziness n depression. too lazy to eat n too depressed that hes thin. idk. thats just my guess
