| It's quite possible that this song is about John (Anthony never mentioned Gong Li in his autobiography Scar Tissue), but whatever is the true story behind the song, it's a very universal love song. Anthony is basically saying that he doesn't believe all the bad stuff that he hears and that—even if it were true—he wouldn't care because he knows his own feelings, and that's what he chooses to listen to. Beautiful lyrics. | |

| Gong Li is a chinese actress. I don't like her, but i highly doubt that her name means 'fuck you'. Based on the little bit of the language i know, it doesn't mean anything like that, and Aerogoat's just a dick. Although it'd be funny as hell if it did. | |
