| As a whole this record Stadium Arcadium speaks to me as 43 yr old male product of the '70's and '80s culture. It also speaks very much to my current efforts to bring a woman, who I am very attracted to, into my life. So far my efforts have not been very successful. But this song makes me feel better. When they say "We are the ones that will make you feel better " the RHCP are speaking of themselves making us all feel better. The line "Somehow We´ll make it cause that´s what we do." speaks of "us" as the band and those who listen collectively. We as a generation, and products of our culture. The song Wet Sand makes me feel better. "I thought about it and I brought it out I'm motivated by the lack of doubt I'm concentrated but I'm not devout" That is exactly my mindset that has motivated me to continue to persue this woman of my desires, even after much frustration and failure. This song and so many others on SA have put me at ease with my place in time. I'm 43 and still feel 23 at heart. And as has always been the case, rock music and and bands of my time like the Red Hots make me feel better. I also add that New Orders 2000 release "Get Ready" is another great modern record from a band of my generation. It also speaks to me. | |

| This is an awesome song. It sort of reminds me of a teacher that had a lot of influence on me, who would always make me feel better about life and about myself. I owe a lot to that guy. | |

| Definitely, this music always makes me feel better, especially their crazy upbeat songs like Can't Stop and, well almost every other songs they right. The just put tons of energy into their music and that gets passed on to the listener, they're a true rockband. I really think that By The Way and Stadium Arcadium should get more publicity, so more people can experience the chili's new sound, it kicks ass! | |

| i think this is the best song off the new album, immediately i got the impression that it was about the band saying they help make their fans feel better, but the lyrics do match the NA meeting scenario. anyhoo i just love the upbeat sound of the song and the energy all the band put into it, brilliant riffs from john, hammering of drums by chad, kick ass bass by flea and so much verve in ant's words. | |
