	i think the song is obviously about cheating, and he told her the truth because he loved her even though he could have lied about it and she wouldnt have been any the wiser, but he couldnt hide it "I could never change Just what I feel My face will never show What is not real " and now she doesnt trust him to not hurt her again..an awesome part is "The stare she bares cut me I don't care You see so what if I bleed " the hurtfull look maybe of anger or maybe look of saddness from the girl kills him, but it pails in comparison to the pain he feels without her?...just my thoughts on the song..and yes if he dated sinead o'conner he should deny that til he dies, and then have the remaining members deny that, and so on...lol

	It's about him going out with an Irish actress superstar (I can't remember her name) and one day, she left him a note, saying goodbye and that she was leaving town. I think before that, he told her the truth about something, and and she left him. He could of lied and everything would've been fine. By the way, the guitar riff at about 2:00 is one of the most awesome guitar riffs I have ever heard.
