| I have no clue, unless it lies, in sarcasm, behind vegans being no better than those who eat animals (like, if the song is marking vegans as "evil" [hence, Say Ten] for eating a "poor little lettuce head" in the way that non-vegans eat meat.) | |

| Oh I found out why. I found it in a lyric page for Say Ten that was named wrong here. "This one is about when my sister decided to become vegan. She was eating hamburgers one day, and the next she was on the phone preaching to everyone she knew about how wrong it was to kill animals for food. I thought it was ridiculous, so I sang about it. Sort of. Our big inside joke at the time was the subliminal satanic messages where we would say something like: 'WHAT DID YOU SAYtan?' (satan get it?!) and the 'ten' in the title was just to make it that much more confusing. I had meant to change the title on 'Turn The Radio..' to 'I Eat Vegetarian', but I forgot." | |
