| I met Jenny and Blake and Pierre a few days ago. Jenny is the sweetest person in the whole world and she gave me a pin that says "Somebody in Rilo Kiley loves me" and a hug and she gave me her setlist and signed it for me, AND i got pictures with her and blake and pierre. They are so awesome live. Wow. i miss her. "I'm just your wetnap" that is so sad you know wetnaps are those little things you get at KFC to wipe your hands off on...and then you just throw them away :'( | |

| Oh "The Ghost Dog", you have SO much to learn about women. Trust me, almost any woman could relate to this song. I think there's some sort of genetic defect that makes us endure endless amounts of differing levels of abuse from the men we desire. | |

| Some of us are born with a sense of self-respect. But then we're taught that we're supposed to be self-sacrificing and that we're supposed to endure hardships and that that's what love really is. So, to answer your question, "The Ghost Dog," because society tells us we have to, that we're not worth better. Which is not to say that ALL women would endure abuse, but . . . That's why some women do. | |

| The line is "You're in your bedroom with some dancers, UNDERneath you." not "I'm beneath you." I'm would not make any sense, because in the next line she enters the room. | |

| The whole "freesyle walking" thing... From urbandictionary.com: "A sport similar to skateboarding and acrobatics in concept, yet is totally unique. Requires agility and quick thinking. Basically, jumping from/up to great heights, quickly navigating cluttered obstacles, or otherwise showing great physical dexterity on foot." Maybe having to do with this guy maneuvering around things a boyfriend is obligated to do: talking his way out of dates, breaking promises, etc. The way he flits around and is fickle and flaky takes great talent, much like the metaphorical "freestyle walking." Just thinking out loud. | |
