Song: Losing All Control (#11)
Band: Rooney
Album: Rooney
Tabber: iknowflea

Eb,A,D,G: E string is tuned down half a step.

This is an incredibly beautiful song that ends Rooney’s
first album. I was about halfway through tabbing it before I realized the E string was
in Eb. Oh well. Here it is:

INTRO:
G:-------------------------------------------------------
D:-------------------------------------------------------
A:-6h8------8-6~-6~-6h8----------------------------------
Eb:-----7~-7~---------------------------------------------

VERSE 1:
G:-------------------------------------------------------
D:-----------8-------------------------------------------
A:--------6h8--------8-6-66-6-6--------6h8--------------
Eb:-7-77-7-----7-77-7--7----------0-00-0------------------

PRE-CHORUS:
G:-1/8~-8-4~---------------------------------------------
D:----------4-------------------------------------------
A:------------2244---------------------------------------
Eb:----------------0022-----------------------------------

CHORUS (I like to slide up and down to the diff. notes
here; but you can do what you want):
G:-------------------------------------------------------
D:---------------------------4h6-4h6--4h6----------------
A:-------------------------------------------------------X2
Eb:-3-33-33-7-77-77-8-88-88-5-----------------------------
On the second time, just hold 5 on the Eb string.

Eb:-------------------------------------------------------

A:-11/1818181818181818

CHORUS 1X2

Then the OUTRO, but I have no idea how to play that. All
I know is that it’s a lot of high notes played very fast.
You guys are talented; you should be able to figure it out.
Pleasant rocking, fellow tabbers!

Dragic, I can understand why those lines would make you feel like crying. I personally find those two simple, yet torturing lines to be the most powerful in the entire song. Especially when the singer sings "I wanna be alone tonight", it's almost like a progression into a whole different form of sadness. Though I'm not much of a Rooney fan, I'd love to hear this song performed live.

I think this song is talking about suicide. Not being able to go back in time to make your life right and not wanting help from the people that love you.
