| "she told me i would date her from september to december" I wonder if that was meant as a reference to Big Star's "Septemeber Gurls." Look up the lyrics to that song so you can see what I'm talking about. This is a nice song. But not one of my favorites on that album. Seems to be about a young girl who killed herself. The girl didn't realize the profound effect she had on people while she was still alive. She thought no one cared about her, but that wasn't the case. | |

| I think that it's about a girl who he dated who he was completely head over heels for, who killed herself when she was 17. But regardless, to him she'll always be remembered as extraordinary in a number of ways. Sad song. One of their really good ones, I think. | |
