| i don't understand the problem people have with this album - ok the sound has changed but it is still recognisable as STD. The lyrics are still awesome, and there are some amazing songs on it, just don't listen to it expecting a re-run of their previous albums but yeah, this song. i think it is political, with politicians filling peoples minds with confusing and contradictory things. and chris is saying that people "stare at the ceiling and play dead" and don't pay attention to the world around them. Anyone agree with that idea? | |

| I love saves the day and their new album was still brilliant. The lyrics were great but the music was slow and moast sounded the same. But none the less its a very great album not better then the others but its still full of talent. | |

| I've always thought this song seemed, if not exactly political, a commentary on the American way of life. | |
