| In response to poke_a_dot: The line "you're so full of shit why don't you admit you don't have the balls to be a queer" seems to be more in response to someone who is too frightened of the repercussions of identifying as homosexual (even though they may be to a degree). Despite the fact that this person "wears short shorts" and rubs themself when they see "studs in tight jeans" they are not identifying as homosexual because they're too frightened to. I don't think it's about someone that is pretending to be homosexual, I think it's about someone who is pretending to be heterosexual. | |

| ok looks like ive been proved extremely wrong cause i thought the song was about pretending to be a homosexual just for the sheer reason of being different and to 'shock the middle class.' The reference to being straight edge yet drinking a beer and also gave me this impression ‘cause the guy is once again pretending to be different but being straight edge but really doesnt believe in it by drinking a beer. | |
