I think you're taking the 'needles' thing too literally when it comes to drugs. Seems like a song about a female. Talking about hurting someone, and what they said ... unless he's on hallucinogenics, doesn't really fit in any way. Still, fucking kick-ass song. And yes, he sounds a /lot/ like Kurt. Heard Broken on the radio for the first time, and was like ... there's an unreleased Nirvana song out again? But no, was soon corrected on that misassumption.

I find this song a little confusing. The first two stanzas seem like she hurt him, and then in the third, "Let me hurt you again". I basicly think this is about this guy, who's life was this girl. And she left him...for whatever reason, maybe because he was hurting her. And now she's plaguing his head. And he want's to be able to get his chance...to get into her head, and fuck her up like she's fucking him up. Also, does this not sound EXACTLY like Aaron Lewis? Shaun's voice is so amazing. He can sound like either Aaron Lewis or even better, Kurt Cobain ((like in Gasoline))...AMAZING

i somehow think it's about, a guy seriously deppressed coz the chick he likes cheats on him and he knows this but he likes feeling worthless and used....i do not think it's about drugs...or anything to do with it at all...the chorus is basically saying i'm prepare to get hurt and hurt u back aswell...

Uh.. read between the lines people. it seems like a song about a drug addiction, not a female.
