| Not to be the one who brings up an overused topic but, I think it has to do with drugs. Shaun the singer had problems with drugs and the lyrics go along with that. 'The scars I am left with swallow again' could mean both mental and physical scarring. 'I can't take all the pressure sober' means he could falling off the wagon. Obviously this person has had a hard life and he feels tired of it and he doesn't want to drag others down by saying something's wrong. So's he is alone and he's just kind of letting him self fade away without people realizing. anyway old Seether rocks, new Seether rocks, Seether just rocks. | |

| The first time I heard this song, I pictured a guy being a friend to a girl, being there for her, listening to her feelings for someone else, not letting on the way he really feels about her for her sake, and the more he fails to win her love, the more he falls apart inside, the same old feeling taking over him, never to change... | |
