	Hello, what about the end of the song where he goes something like, "The king to his checkmate" or something? That part is completely missing. My friend gave me what she called and "emo mix" for Christmas, and this and a few over Senses Fail songs were on it. I don't like emo very much but I totally love these guys because they're really real. This song to me is about a turmaculous love...a sad love song. I don't think it's about Kurt Cobain really...the only way it could be would be "Burn out, not fade away" but, as someone said before, Cobain took that from another song. Now everytime someone says that in a song, are we going to think it's abotu Cobain? I don't think so. It's just a good line.

	I think that this song is about Kurt Cobain: The first verse is about Kurt's suicide attempt in Rome, where he took alcohol and mixed it with some pills. The chorus is a quote from his suicide letter: "Its better to burn out than fade away" The speak in riddles and trace in pen thing is about how he was really poetic and people try to decipher his lyrics. The next verse is about when he got famous (silver spoons) and started herion with COurtney. The trees and flowers is about herion, the "flowers" cooking and then bleeding. Make sense?

	i really dont thin this is about Cobain Oh can you smell the subtle hint of frost As the flowers start to cry ok well this suggests the coming of winter The autumn winds are bringing graves To all the emerald trees They're so beautiful in their dismay The colors slowly bleed i believe this is like from summer to autumn like when the trees turn from green to red, colour of blood! winter is when everything dies away, slowly and all the colour on the leaves fade away and all the plants and life fades away and hes talking about how when he goes he wants to burn out, go with a bang, rather than fade away like the seasons do

	1) Senses Fail sucks. 2) This song is definitly about Cobain. 3) Buddy's an idiot, because the "Burn Out, Not Fade Away" quote isn't even from Kurt. In his suicide note, Kurt quoted...I believe it was Layne Stanely, whom said that. 4) I re-iterate. Senses Fail sucks.
