| You people need to chill out. For one thing, I'm pretty positive Damien Moyal actually wrote this song. The lyrics also used to be "This one's for the world... I love you." -- this is all covered on "A Comprehensive Retrospective". | |

| jesus christ! what the fuck does it matter if someone is hardcore or not? grow the fuck up. anyone who strives to be labeled "hardcore" needs to be taken into the middle of a city block and shot. "hardcore"! fuck you all. | |

| Jesus Christ! Just because a dude doesn't play in a hc band anymore doesn't mean he doesn't still listen to/love the music, or have the same friends he's always had. Fuckin scene queens, it's easy to judge what's best for your favorite bands when you're not even in them. Have you seen his new band's line-up? H2O, Cro-Mags, Bad Brains.. yea, I'm sure they all dwell on the fact that Chad plays in a pop-punk band too. Grow up already. Hulud rules, with and without Chad. Nothing more needs to be said. | |

| you guys are a bunch of fucking cry babies. NFG are more hardcore than you. fuck you all. i wish the human race would flush itself away. so chad wanted to do something different. that makes him a phony? who the fuck are you? so NFG got a bit of exposure cause they're quite a bit more catchy. so what? their hearts are still true as far as i can tell. they ALL know their roots, they ALL grew up in the same scene and shit. so they wanted to do something that wasn't harsh sounding. does that make life of agony not hardcore either? and what is this "he/she is/isn't hardcore" business? this is the stupidest shit i've ever heard. hardcore is a type of MUSIC, you fucks. it's also a lifestyle. NOT THE GENES THAT MAKE UP THE HUMAN SHELL. you know what, fuck this. i hate you all. go fucking feed your desires on your lame ass comeback kid and/or as i lay dying. get killed, all of you. fuck you, x billy the kid x | |

| well...the thing is...when Chad was in Shai Hulud he was what? 16 years old?...and really had no say in the creative process of the band...Matt Fox controlled basically the writing of the music AND the lyrics, so he moved onto NFG where he could play a significant part in the song writing process...so I'd like to know where exactly "selling out" comes into the picture | |

| SHut the fuck up bigspence, you obviously don't get the whole meaning of shai huld by your post. Read this fucking song. How can someone write something brillant like this and then sell out to go to a pop punk band. "This one’s for the world: I hate you." to "my friends over you." Hes not going to bring anything more to hardcore because hes not hardcore anymore, myabe at sometime he was(or maybe it was all bullshit) but no matter what he does now, he'll never be hardcore again. And yea theres no way in hell I want a bunch of spoiled 16 year olds lisening to hardcore and it will never happen. | |

| PRETEND he's hardcore? he was in fucking shai hulud, i'd venture to say thats "hardcore" enough to not have to pretend. and who gives a shit if he is in new found glory now, at least hes adding some hardcore to their background vocals eh? or would that not be good considering then new found glory fans might start liking hardcore then even THEY would know all those hardcore bands that you knew from before they were big. get off your high horse you wanna be elitist fuck | |

| big fuckin deal that chad's in nfg.. at least he had the balls to still do it even though he knows people like NJHC would bitch about it. youd do it too when you get the chance. i fucking hate people who're so self righteous that its a goddamn sin to go mainstream. if hardcore is being envious with the success of everybody else instead of wishing them prosperity, then fuck hardcore, and you too. | |
