	also people should notice that you're not happy. i was depressed when i was 10, didn't really know what that was.

	actually i beg to differ. i think this song is about how other people react to him being depressed, which would make sense considering what he's gone through. i think it's saying how people just tell you to open up and get help when sometimes you can't even make sense of what you're feeling and why you feel it. people expect you to take some kind of action and help yourself, and sometimes them telling you that only makes you feel more frustrated and misunderstood. but maybe that's just my interpretation.

	Reminds me of rape victims. It also reminds me of Nirvana, whom silverchair took a lot of inspiration from in the early days. I like this song.
