Song: The Greatest View
Album: Diorama
Band: Silverchair
Tabbed by MetallicNyA

There are quite a few different tabs for this song, but which one you want
depends on whether you want a more middle range, or more of a bassy sound.
The other tabbers have tabbed most of it up an octave than mine, but in my
opinion, this sounds better and heavier.

in an interview at www.chairpage.com daniel explained how its about people always making assumptions and nosing into his life, but he will always have the upperhand. i dont remember what he said exactly so you should check it out =) and rubberduckie, i think its officially coming out in the US late july although some radio stations already have started playing it. even though its really different from older silverchair stuff, this new album rocks!!

They interviewed Daniel when this first came out since it was the first track released from Diorama and he said it's about how they're always under surveillance of someone. Someone's always watching their every move or trying to control them. And this song is saying I see you and I know what you're doing.

...i just heard this song yesterday for the first time...it's a really good song...i have don't have much of a clue as to what this song means...but i sorta agree with shes_got_issues on it being a twisted love song...but who knows....oh...and i really love the 'chain a waterfall' part...i think that is what first made me love the song lol
