	This is about someone going to be sacrificed or perhaps exterminated, perhaps there on death row, enter the realm of the undead is the descension then the following lyrics are his times in the afterlife or hell or whatever

	Alot of Slayer songs from this time focused on topics like this. I see this as the normal transcendence from life to death, with the funeral taking place as the soul descends to 'hell'. Certainly seems that way.

	This is one of the most under-rated Slayer songs ever. This song is just INTENSELY brutal. It is the epitome of evil. Lyrically, I always took this song the way HallelujahWink described. Mainly the part towards the end where the character in the song takes on new powers. However, I usually take "Satan" in any band's songs to be a metaphor for the "darker force" that ever human has inside themselves.

	I always thought this song was about someone being sacrficied to Satan and going to Helll and being granted powers for being loyal, though thats just me ;p
