 For the opening riff/rundown go:

 For the main riff/verse it's:
 A ---------5-3-3-3-3-3-3

 For the chorus (and I know..):

 E -3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3--------------- a bunch of times.
 
 For the rundown after the chorus go:
 E -8-8-8-7-7-6-6-5-5-4-4-3-3-2-2 then back to the verse riff.
 
 For the noise do the same thing you do on the chorus.
 
 After the noise when it gets real slow and pretty the bass goes:
 E -8-10-7 until the verse starts up again.
