The meaning is ridiculously obvious, it's so blunt. Geez. Anyone can interpret it, stop trying. I love this song more than I love... small children.

the first verse is just a little story thingy. the second verse is a little more vague, maybe it's from the crazy sister's point of view? great song

yeah such a great song, i love it too !! The first part is a little story in which Thurston explain that he met a very strange girl schizophrenic... the second part is the girl that talk ( Kim's voice ) and try to explain her pain.... just a thought... maybe i'm wrong
