| Now This is my own interpretation but I always figured this song showing a company that killed people (kavorkian effect) Before you say "How the hell did you get that?!" listen. "Put me out of my misery" usually denotes "Just kill me!" We will always be busy making misery" Means (to me) that when they put one person "Out of their misery" they create more misery for another person, most likely the loved one. Right? I think in broad prospect it does boil down to the vicious cycle of big buisiness and how ruthless it is just to make a buck... That's just my own interperatation of it, by no means am I telling you I'm right or You're wrong | |

| I don't know about the pharmaceutical angle. It is a really good theory, but to me it's more about young people being miserable with their lives. People sit around and complain together about all their problems. It's like hes' saying he feels trapped in his life and wants someone to off him "put me out of my misery" Then he's realizing how other people suck you down into their own drama so that you're as miserable as they are "All you suicide kings and you drama queens; Forever after happily, making misery" | |
