	I think this song is about a condition which releases lots of anger and emotion, and the only way to controll this anger is to take medication. "I can't increase the treatment It won't suppress the feelings Or stop the way I'm getting used to the pain" he is saying that he hates they way he feels before taking the medication but he hates the way he feels when he has taken it.. By saying it feels like being born again but so hollow.
