 Do that verse/chorus thing 3 times, then it goes right into this little 
 break thing which is fun.

 BREAK THING

 Then play verse and chorus twice more.

 Then rest for the short verse with no bass part, then chorus again.

 Then go right back into a chorus, but this time play the last two note in 
 each measure on &4 instead of 4&.
 OR you can play each part with this rythm:

 When you get to the third part of the chorus, then play
