one of my favorite songs ever. i've listened to this song since i was a little girl. and i think it is awesome that disturbed re-did it. disturbed is one of my favorite bands. and draiman said the singer was happy with the re-make and was glad the song had the edge and heavyness that it was meant to have.

i could have sworn the song was about Orzabal's and Smith's distaste for the fact that the us was keeping nuclear weapon on british soil, i mean, it is 1985, dead in the height of the Cold War. "I'n violent times You shouldn't have to sell your soul. In black and white, They really, really ought to know "They gave you life, And in return you gave them hell, As cold as ice I hope we live to tell the tale." "And when you've taken down your guard, If I could change your mind, I'd really like to break your heart." i f#@king luv this song to no end, and just because it sounds cool, but because it has a cool meaning. *goes to play keyboard lines from song*

First song I ever heard from Tears For Fears. At the time I didn't the band was Tears For Fears, but I'd go around singing it and then one day, I was listening to a cover they did and came across this song. I was very happy to see, and hear, it again.

I didn't give the song any stars. Stars just showed up beside my name. Notice how they're gone now?
